Shri Hari Shankar Goyal founded Goyal Housing in 1960, driven by the belief that the families of Gwalior deserved organized, planned, and honest housing. He began at a time when the city was just beginning its modern expansion.
His early focus on ethical business practices and high-quality construction materials laid the foundation for what would become Gwalior's most trusted real estate brand. He personally oversaw the planning of some of the city's first gated communities.
Known as a pioneer in urban development, his legacy continues to inspire the third generation of the Goyal family as they lead the company into the future.
